Nonprofit Utopia, a New Community for Nonprofit Leaders

As more baby boomers retire and millennials come up through the ranks, we’re seeing a changing of the guard and new leaders in the nonprofit sector. That’s why Valerie Leonard founded Nonprofit Utopia.

Leonard views this as an opportunity to create a space where individuals working in the nonprofit space can speak candidly about issues and concerns they face on a daily basis. Leonard believes Nonprofit Utopia will help develop the next generation of ethical leaders.

Nonprofit Utopia uses Mighty Networks, a professional networking platform, founded by Gina Bianchini, a Silicon Valley veteran, Stanford University graduate, and serial entrepreneur. Mighty Networks allows its members to have deeper connections than they would through other social media platforms.

Nonprofit Utopia will formally launch from Blue 1647 Tech Innovation Center in Chicago on June 26, 2018, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm., CST. The event will be streamed on Facebook.
